Chocolate shortbread - 112g

To make our little shortbread that we sell everywhere in Quebec, the base of the recipe is slightly Breton but we only use Quebec products. For example, we use organic Quebec flour and the PUR BEURRE comes from a dairy cooperative in Saguenay Lac Saint Jean.
