Refunds and exchanges
You have 15 days!
Grignotines Qc offers you the possibility of refunding or exchanging a broken or defective product received within 15 days of the date of receipt.
Refund: To request a refund, you must contact us at info@gringotinesqc.ca . We can then confirm if your request is eligible for a refund. If your refund request is approved, a refund will be issued to your credit card.
Exchanges: We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged with the same product or equivalent. Send us a message to: info@grignotinesqc.ca for a complaint.
