Maple over time

L'Érable au Fil du Temps is the result of a collaboration between young entrepreneurs who decided, in 2009, to buy an abandoned farm and build their own agricultural operation.

The couple, made up of Mathieu Cantin and Jessica Boudreau-Laroche, accompanied by their four children, have made it their mission to highlight the flavors of maple through their products and their mobile sugar shacks. Thanks to its annual offer, there is no longer any need to wait until spring to taste the succulent sweet range from L'Érable au Fil du Temps.
