Fermented hot sauce whose origin comes from the city Si Racha located in Thailand. It is prepared from a mixture of Thai peppers and chillies offering both a fruity and spicy taste.

Ingredients : Peppers, Brown Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Rice Vinegar, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate.
